At ToyZag, we hand pack each order to ensure the contents in the box are secure for shipment.
At times, packages may be roughly handled by shipping carriers resulting in damages to your item.
If your item arrived and it appears damaged, please create a support ticket so we can file a claim with the carrier and organize a reshipment. Make sure to include a clear description and photos to document the damage.
Photos to include:
- Images of the damages on the item
- If the box or packaging appears to be damaged, please include images of those as well
Once we receive your request, a ToyZag representative will provide you with a resolution within 24-48 hours.
